Mornings can be hard to face without current motivation. If sleeping in is standard because getting up in the morning feels forced and unnatural, use today to find a purpose. No matter how big, or small, our minds need a purpose every morning to fuel the day. Throughout the years, I wasted mornings sleeping in because of depression and lack of motivation. I failed to find a solid reason to roll out of bed. Today my purpose is happiness. The simple thought: ‘find things to be happy about,’ is enough for me to face the day. What is your purpose?
